| | Yesterday, I did a 5-min. segment from The Firm More 5-Day Abs and also managed some dips in the kitchen while waiting for the microwave. ;)
Today, I did about 2/3 of The Firm Maximum Body Shaping. That's one of my favorite weight training videos. I was interrupted a bunch of times. Such is the life of a mother! LOL
I printed out a planning form designed for homeschooling. It is 5 columns wide and 8 columns long. I'm going to look through my videos and write out 8 weeks worth of exercise days, 5 days per week.
